How to order at Frosted Ordering and Payment Policy • One Week’s Notice Due to availability, we ask for at least one week’s notice on all custom orders. (Anything that we don’t already have prepared and on display in our case) We cannot guarantee availability without at least two week’s notice. • Full Payment on Orders of $50 or less. All orders of $50 or less must be paid in full when order is placed. • Deposits Any order over $50 will require a 50% deposit to hold the date, and any order over $200 will require at least a $100 deposit to hold the date. Deposits are non refundable if cancellation occurs within one week of the order pick-up date.
